When an On-Site Inspection Is Required
These Conditions Require On-Site Inspection, Not Remote Observation Alone
- The fault has affected critical ventilation, drinking water, aeration, incubation, cold-chain, biosecurity or wastewater loads.
- There are repeated trips, abnormal heat, mechanical noise, leakage, burning smell or another electrical-safety risk.
- Remote information cannot distinguish generator, ATS, distribution, control and equipment-side problems, or prove end-load recovery.

Preventive Checks
- Create a critical-load and allowable-interruption list, recording pump pressure and feed-line binding or protection status.
