Applications

Recommended applications and package choice

Recommended for

For teams that travel regularly and need power quickly at smaller sites

Supports communications, public services, road facilities and small repairs with integrated cables, lighting, basic distribution, monitoring and records.

Consider another package

A mobile power station is not a standard generator placed on a truck

Chassis capacity, axle loads, vehicle dimensions, road rules, airflow, exhaust, center of gravity, service space and transport restraints must be engineered together.

Core configuration

Four core configurations behind reliable operation

01

Generation and thermal management

Engine, alternator, airflow and exhaust are engineered within the enclosed body for output, ambient temperature, transport restraint and safe hot-air discharge.

02

Vehicle chassis and payload

Chassis, gross weight, axle loads, center of gravity, brakes, tires, body dimensions and service space determine vehicle safety and compliance; output alone cannot select the truck.

03

Distribution, cables and protection

LV distribution, breakers, terminals or sockets, quick connectors, cable reels, grounding and selective protection turn generating capacity into safely connectable feeders.

04

Controls, fuel and mission interfaces

Controller, monitoring, fuel, refueling, task lighting, records and operating zones are organized around the response mission to reduce setup time.

Key parameters

Parameters used for project selection

These are the parameters that shape selection and interfaces. Fuel consumption, noise and dimensions are supplied after the engine model, load factor and site environment are defined.

Reference output100 kW / 125 kVA @ PF 0.8
Rating basisPrime/standby rating confirmed against the final engine model, ISO 8528 conditions and mission duration

Quality and delivery

Delivery evidence from components and structure to testing

01

Nameplates and BOM

Engine, alternator, controller and breaker brands, models and serial information are listed in the technical and delivery documents.

02

Structure and workmanship

Base steel, welds, fasteners, mounts and coating are included in manufacturing inspection; container packages also cover doors, hinges, locks, seals and lifting points.

03

Cooling and electrical

Radiator, airflow, wiring terminations, grounding, protection and safety separation support loaded stability and long-term serviceability.

04

Factory-test records

Factory records can cover starting, no-load and staged-load operation, voltage, frequency, alarms and protection, with witnessed FAT available by project.

Project configuration
